The Big Darwin Downunder 2008 Survivor Meet.
Well we'd been talking about it for a long time and finally it arrived!
And what a wonderful time we had!! |

Zig (aka 1+1)!!...the man of the Day!! ...arranged everything. And what an awesome job he did!!
The big Darwin Survivor meet was in 2 parts. 1st one was the official Survivor Trip where 12 of us loaded into 2 troup carriers along with our tents, food, VA's (that's Virtual Attendies) and stuff and ventured off into the unknown.
The 2nd part was the big weekend where we boasted about our outback adventures to the other mob that joined us :o) And of course, in line with the true vt nature, plenty of drinks and laughter ensued and a good time was had by all!!

Sunset in sailing club is fantastic. food is good and nice music. One major drawback is the attitude of the bar manager is rude and not friendly. I would recommend the trailer boat club next to the sail club. Much better services with same view! |
