Unique Qualities: It's an old classic hotel and great value for money, no lock and curfure policy either.

Comparison: less expensive than average

Directions: Korte Vuldersstraat, just off 't Zand Square with the Vrijdagmarkt. Only a couple of minutes walking from all the major sights.

Sofitel Brugge Hotel NH Brugge Review

We were lucky enough to get a hefty discount at the Sofitel on my last visit and it was no disappointment. The Sofitel features all amenities within the rooms and, although it isn't cheap, it ensures a very comfortable stay in Brugge. Too bad the breakfast buffet is a rip-off (EUR18 per person) and there are no parking facilities included. Luckily 't Zand parking garage is right in front of the hotel.

Unique Qualities: The Sofitel Brugge is located in and 17th century former convent. There's an indoor pool and steam room and a very nice bar and restaurant attached to it.

Novotel Centrum Novotel Brugge Centrum Review

The clean, crisp and modern Novotel/Ibis hotel complex is a good one! Located along Katelijnestraat it's very central and there's (public) parking underneath!

Unique Qualities: The breakfast buffest is huge but dear: EUR14 p/p. Rooms are around EUR110 per night for a double and the couch is an extra single bed - just in case :-)
