    Getting TO/AROUND: we flew on United Airlines - it was lovely, as usual
    we walked everywhere. taxis are very available... but we stayed near the piers, and spent most of our time there. the cable cars are neat, but VERY crowded. we had our 5-month old and his stroller, so we stayed away from that.
