Vibrant City, Exciting New Nation! | View from the Company Gardens |
What TOOK me so long! Why didn't I know what a magnificent place this was! We visited Cape Town both before and after a safari trip to Botswana, and had a wonderful time exploring the Western Cape as much as possible in approximately 7-8 days. The scenery was more than enough to excite us, the people were simply marvelous as well. I'll be adding to this page in the next few weeks. There are LOTS of photos and experiences to post. We met up with some Internet friends for a daytrip that covered MUCH of the Cape: Daytrip ...there are great pictures of our day that I couldn't capture in total as my camera battery died about 6PM!) To see the rest of our trip (the Botswana safari) see my Botswana travel page: Botswana Safari |
