This basin is probably hundred years old; Now would you drink the water from this moss-covered basin ? I wouldn't !

Before railways, Broadway was an important coaching-stop between London-Worcester route; The railways 'killed' the village hence not a lot happened ever since, almost not a lot has changed either...Until the so-called 'tourism' came in that is !

Broadway now cater for the mass tourists as all the old cottages are turned into hotels, restaurants & bars (or rather 'inn', in England).
