Flying from Stansted Airport, London; Arrived half an hour late ! Siggi waited for me at the airport.
He drove me off to Reykjavik right away ! I was really mesmerized at the landscapes & the architectures that I saw along the way.
He stopped at some nice spots for me to take photos.
Then, I saw the church ! The weird architecture of the church just grabbed me long before I saw the real thing ! In magazines, it looks weird & very futuristic ! In real life, it is even more so...The photo above is the interior. I went up the tower & took some scenic views over Reykjavik. Photos later...

MUST SEE...
Reykjavik is a beautiful city ! So unlike the cities that I have been to (not many cities that I have been to actually...); It's not a big city...It looks secluded judging by the mountains surrounding this city of the North.

tengah mengembara virtually here, when I suddenly felt like stopping by Reykjavik ala Martha, Meet Frank, Daniel and Laurence (I *knew* I had the movie wrong earlier ...)

Hey Arnaud! Your REK page pics are just gorgeous! I took a modest few from Hallgrimskirkja as well so have a look at those if you like! Beautiful sky pics as well, next time I won't go in winter anymore :-)
