..It All Started From Stamps & Porn Movie ! ..
...When I was young...one of my hobbies were stamp-collecting...I had many nice stamps...I was an avid fan/collector of the hobby...
I got stamps from all ove the world....& I always,...always came across these 'fake stamps'...as we young boys & girls in Malaysia used to call them..... - stamps from Czechoslovakia....
The stamps were printed on cheap papers...but the pictures on the stamps were really nice...we used to say to each other that the country didn't exist so we just collected them because of the nice pictures.....pictures of buildings, pictures of people....
I myself never bother to check about the country....
Years later....I discovered that Czechoslovakia did exist !...but by the time i wanted to know more about it, it was separated into 2 countries, Czech Republic & Slovakia....
I actually started to fall in love & wanted to get to know more about the Czech Republic after watching this porn movie which was shot in Prague !....The scenes from this movie is just a typical sex movie, nothing to shout about but I really was mesmerized by the old town...the clock tower....
I just HAVE to be there...!

SUMMARY...

Arriving in Prague from Berlin by train...on 29th May 2002...the sceneries as I entered Czech Republic from Germany was totally amazing !...; I was greeted by a Czech friend, Milan at the train station.
Czech Republic is the 5th country for my 2nd trip to Europe! Previously I was in Austria, Slovakia, Poland, Germany...respectively.
In Czech Republic, I had the chance to go to some great places....like Prague ( oh Wow !! That old town,..that clock tower....)....Kutna Hora & Sedlec....go here if you dare !...
Cesky Krumlov....one of the most beautiful medieval towns in Europe !....Fell in love in Brno...
...And had times to visit to some small places like Terezin, Litomerice & Melnik, all nice excursions from Prague...
Okay...that photo on the right was taken in Sedlec Ossuary & they are real human bones ! Look closely...

Kutna Hora... Things to Do (4)

About 70 km south-east of Prague. Kutna Hora is an easy day trip although many tourists would give this a miss. Trains... more travel advice

I published a book in 2005 titled The Black Angel, in which the Sedlec Ossuary was an integral part of my story. If you are going to the Czech Republic, it is worth seeing.
