Nightlife Spot: Chinatown
While browsing through the stuffs in life that you fancy buying, make sure your wallets & handbags are intact to your body ! I personally never heard of bag snatchers in this area but people are walking close to one another & sometimes like trafiic jams in KL itself, it's quite annoying ! Though I like it this way...because I could yell at people to just walk on if they stop for a while (sometimes minutes...) if they bump into long lost friends & fancy some chatting instead...in the middle of 'human traffics'...

Nightlife Spot: Chinatown
This is a Pagoda stalls that I managed to capture... In the Chinatown or rather walking through the area, you could see stalls lined up on the left & right as you walking through. Whereas behind these stalls, there are shops also, with more stuffs to browse through & BARGAIN for. On that night, I wanted to but a tripod, thought I would have one for my night photos. I asked for USD 7 for a long tripod, but was told that I couldn't get it less than USD 12 anywhere in Central Market ! I walked off... The original price of the tripod is actually USD 24, if you buy at 'high-end' establishments... You have a choice in bargaining of course, put your prices down if they want to accept, take it right away, if they don't you could either move to some other stalls. Be reasonable of course when putting prices; There are certain things that you could never get for less than certain prices in this world ! I ended up NOT buying anything, I could wait I guess...

Nightlife Spot: Chinatown
The photo was taken at the last end of Chinatown with Bargaining Stalls. I owe some parts of my life to Chinatown ! I bought many things which normally are not easily available in Malaysia in Chinatown. All those porn VCDs from France, Spain, Germany, where I learned so much of dirty words & everyday conversations in those countries, in Chinatown ! Even UNCENSORED movies like Beautiful Life, Cinema Paradiso, Malena, Caligula, Saturday Night Fever, Grease, Blue Lagoon, Blair Witch, ETC...I got from Chinatown ! I got Matrix Revolution on VCD, on the same day the movie was shown in the USA ! I bought all those T-Shirts that I gave to friends when I travel from Chinatown ! I brought friends to sample some local stall foods in Chinatown...lots of things in life for me, started in Chinatown. Slowly, the 'pirated' stuffs are decreasing in Chinatown...but ask around, you might get what you look for in here...

Nightlife Spot: Chinatown
Now let's take a look of some eating restaurants around Chinatown. There are many to choose from. Mostly Chinese cuisines, from cheap to distortedly expensive plates could be found here. Choose wisely. The layouts are simple; Set up tables & chairs in front on the restaurants, blocking traffics nevermind. If you feel that you don't want to be disturbed (cars honing at you, motorcycles side mirrors bump into your head/back & such like...) while chewing those meatballs, get a seat inside the restaurants... Just enjoy the foods & the sights around you.
