SkyBar - Hong Kong
SEVVA: SkyBar Irish/British/American Pubs and Bars Review

Pronounced as ‘Savour’, this bar located at the penthouse in the heart of Central’s designer mall. You can enjoy a stunning 360 degree views over Hong Kong’s breath-taking skyline. You can get a light bite while sipping your cocktails under the stars.
Opening Hour:
Mon-Thu noon-3pm, 6pm-midnight, Fri-Sat noon-3pm, 6pm-2am

Dress Code: No dress code. The crowd is a misture of locals and Westerns, casual / chic & formal suit. Though I didn't see anyone go in with flipflop or shorts. But jeans and trainers are definately ok.

Address: 25/F, Penthouse, Prince's Building, Central, HK.

With beautiful Picassos paintings on the walls, antique, rugs and statues decorations, High back leather chair, this club definately looks good and luxury! Private kitchen style restaurnat offers everything from lobster risotto, foie gras to sticky rice. Wine, brandy and Scotch are the most popular drinks, as most regulars (rich and celebrities) tends to order by bottle. This Japanese Rock band was FANTASTIC!!! - Hong Kong

This Japanese Rock band was FANTASTIC!!!

The Wanch: Alternative Live Rock Live Music Review

Small cozy bar offering free live music nightly, this unpretentious bar is a good hang out for live music fans. Local indie bands play on weekends, quality and style depends... try out your luck. Happy hour is generous: all day Monday, Tuesday to Thursday all day except 10pm to midnight, and Friday to Sunday all day except 9pm to 1am. It's not difficult to find long hair cool musician here, and you'll be surprised to find out that some of them are CEO of big companies in their day jobs!

FREE SNACKS! LIVE MUSIC - Hong Kong
Swindlers: FREE SNACKS! LIVE MUSIC Live Music Review

A brand new live music lounge in Wanchai, decorated with lush velvet and a series of golden chandelier-lamps, a long curved marble bar, with an elongated mirror hanging above, dominate the space.

Live music resident bands every night from 9:30pm.

Happy Hour: Daily 5pm – 9:30pm, drinks at special prices. The wine is good here. FREE SNACK BUFFET during happy hour. They usually serve at around 6pm, not too early. I love the chocolate fountain (with fresh strawberry & grapes) and salami. Sometimes they even have salmon pastry. Yum!!!

Rooftop Harbour View - Hong Kong
RED Bar + Restaurant: Rooftop Harbour View

IFC is the new hang out place for the rich and famous. The best part about RED is the rooftop podium with 260 degree view overlooking Victoria Harbour. The podium filled with outdoor gas heater, so you won’t feel the cold in a windy chilly night. This cosmopolitan bar is quiet and good for chill out. If you want something to bite with the drinks, the RED sampler (HK$228) with 9 surprises from the chef will be your best bet. Standard drinks at HK$50-60.

Gecko Lounge & Wine Bar - Hong Kong
Gecko Lounge & Wine Bar: Gecko Lounge & Wine Bar Lan Kwai Fong Review

Tucked away down a tiny side street, gecko is a great place for private parties (birthday party) and cozzy after-dinner watering hole.

Good DJ on Sat night. You can dance the night out with hip crowd. Drinks little cheaper than other dancing places. And... they serve the famous Absinte!!!

Live jazz on Tue and Wd nights... however, I found the place is too small for live jazz, and a bit too noisy for that.
