    • Take the Metro line 6 (goes between "Nation" and "Charles de Gaulle - Etoile").
    On the part between "Pasteur and 'Passy" the train goes outdoors and you'll get a really nice view of Paris (at least the southern parts) as well as a view of river Seine, the Eiffel tower and the neighbourhoods.

    Many musicians use this line to play music in the cars so you might get a real French experience.

     Yes I agree Etap hotels are very good value. However this was the first one I stayed in in Paris and compared with the ones I've stayed in Germary the breakfast was very poor    		ZanieOR Sat May 1, 2004 19:37 UTC
