One day in the Plantation Country, the next boating the Toledo Bend, followed by the quaint churches and fantastic cathedrals of the Catholic-south. Hunters come for the game in the "Florida" Parishes (eastern Louisiana), revelers come for Mardi Gras and Jazz Fest in New Orleans.
