United States of America

by John_P_LSU - last update: Jul 18, 2004

Welcome to my United States of America page

I have to say that I really enjoy traveling the world, what little I've seen so far, but I could be happy if I never left the United States of America. I've been to 40 states (plus the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands) and have seen so much, but really seen so little. Road-tripping the U.S.A. is my absolute favorite thing to do!

God bless the U.S.A.!!

I have 10 states left to see: Alaska, Hawaii, Maine, Minnesota, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia. I did make it to the Minneapolis airport in November 2002, but I am not counting that as a visit.

I am also trying to visit all 53 capitals in the United States and its territories in North America, which includes D.C., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. I am currently at 35 of 53.

I have recently begun trying to make it to the High Points of each state, but I have only hit nine so-far: Missouri, Alabama, Arkansas, Tennessee, Mississippi, Louisiana, Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina. I have a long way to go but at least I'll be busy and seeing this wonderful land, from sea to shining sea, along the way!!

thaks for keeping a record about the comments about WMD. most of those politicians dont remeber anymore what they have said in this days. please add: German foreign minister, Joshka Fischer (to mr rumsfeld). ... "Excuse me, I’m not convinced".

I think it's time to remove Spain and Honduras from your "coalition list"... and I hope Italy will follow soon..... ciao !

You're lucky to have seen so much of this great country. A goal of mine is to get to all 50 US states plus the territories; so far I've made it to 30 states and DC, so I'm doing okay :-)

Of course, not to mention jealousy due to the fact that she has no Queen.
