A small hole-in-the-wall and kinda hard to get to, little Thai restaurant off Academy. Its worth the loop-arounds you have to drive to get to it. Quiet atmosphere, decorative, and extremely friendly staff. Pad Thai is pretty decent, and the Panang Curry is rather good. The Pad Khao King was good too. I haven't tried many Thai restaurants in the Springs, but so far this is one of my favorites. Rated 4 stars out of 5.

One of the local hotspots for coffee and events - Pikes Perk sits on Tejon near Tejon and Pikes Peak. Large spacious dual-floored shop, good chai, good beverages, and good service. Comfortable. Wireless internet is offered, however you have to pay once and subscribe to a local network. Rating: 4 stars out of 5. Visited 12/23/2005.

A upscale trendy Sushi restaurant in downtown Colorado Springs. Good happy hour drink specials and a friendly staff. Great sushi and platters .... though on the pricey end. Great seating and a nice sushi bar - good ambience so you can have good conversations. Tried the Sushi Love Platter for 2 - california rolls, tuna rolls, and a assortment of 14 pieces of Sushi. Good deal for two. Highly recommended: 4 stars out of 5. (visited 6/14/2006).

A pleasant dining experience overlooking the historic downtown of Old Colorado City. Outside or inside, friendly staff, and excellent food ... the finest of Greek Cuisine and a fancy wine bar. The food is as good as the service. Delicious menu choices, though higher than normal cost. Rating: 4 stars out of 5. Visited 6/24/06.

A small little hole-in-the-wall Japanese (semi-quick) restaurant in downtown Colorado Springs. I had the Bento Box C for lunch - very good - Tempura, rice, 2 pieces of California roll, terriyaki salmon, salad, and miso soup. For $9. Good service, friendly staff. Much enjoyed. A quaint little bar * cafe * restaurant in a nice cozy neighborhood on South Cascade between Cimarron and I-25. Nestled amongst cute little houses, this artsy warm bar has a friendly staff, food and drinks to die for, and an ambience quite undescribable. Japanese paper art decorates the ceiling, art deco on the walls. I had the Chicken Club and coconut shrimp soup, and the dark and stormy cocktail. Delicious! I went on Tuesday night, while they were having their movie night - double feature: Labyrinth/Legend. While I couldn't stay for both, I certainly enjoyed the night. Thanks!!! Rating 5 stars out of 5. A quaint and artsy little house cafe/restaurant off of Dale street with a great patio and dining area. Full bar, wine list, and contemporary European and American cuisine with Asian fusion. Adorned with original oil paintings and master craftsman sculptures they claim to be one of the most romantic getaway bistros in the city. We tried their signature soup - the Dilled Cream of Artichoke which was fabulous. I had the grilled eggplant sandwich which was delicious! Wonderful service. Top rating: 5 stars out of 5!

Nestled in a shopping mall off of Filmore is a upscale decorated sushi and hibachi place. Relaxed and traditional Chinese dining is offered with great service and taste. Jun hosts a large sushi bar and four teppan grill tables that seat up to ten guests each. THere are also five beautiful tatami tables, situated on a raised platform, that are available for the more traditional Japanese dining experience which requires removing your shoes! Reminds me of Lucy Ho's in Tallahassee, Florida which was always a favorite Sushi restaurant of mine. The waitress was friendly and met our needs, with very friendly service. We tried the Vegetable Tempura, California Rolls, Unagi, Lobster Roll and Sake. Delicious. Rating: 5 stars out of 5.
