Jordan is definitely on the tourist trail now, and is an easy country to travel in. There are lots of attractions including the famous Nabatean city of Petra, the desert at Wadi Rum and the coral reefs of Aqaba. I spent two weeks travelling through Jordan and had a great trip, if somewhat cold as it was January!
