Why am I in St Andrews?
It wasn't the golf that brought me up here. Nor was it the royal connections. I'm not a student at the oldest university in Scotland either.
I'm here because of one thing...Arabic!
I'm about to start teaching Arabic at the university, and have just moved into a flat five minutes from a windswept sandy beach.

Fantastic shots. The last time I went to Scotland I decided to visit St. Andrews and was very impressed with the quiet community. The thing I wanted to do the most? Visit the cemetary. Why? Because I wanted to find the oldest headstone and to my shocking discovery there wasn't one I could find dating older than 1890s (I think) and I forgot about errosion. Hey, what can I say. I wasn't thinking. Cheers.
