The weather, as the name of the capital city of Yunnan province, Kunming suggests, is Springlike all year long. The city's altitude mirrors that of Mexico city, but the sense of security that one feels is drastically different from Mexico. As is true for most of China, personal safety is not a traveller's main concern. |
