    Unique Qualities: The Merry is a typical guest house around that area. It is just a room, if you are lucky you have a window. It is like a little concrete box with a fan. It is cheap and friendly service. One important tip, especially in tourist season, it is extremely busy, and if you want cheap accomodation in the Khao San Road area try to come as early as possible, before 10am even, it is near impossible to find cheaper accomodation in the afternoon or evening. Most places have restaurants and I had no complaints, it tasted good. The picture is from the balcony of Merry V.
