I spent a few days on the main Samos island called Upolu

Western Samoa is the most distant country I visited from my home country Switzerland. It's completely at the other side of the planet (12 hours time difference)
and the sign shown on the picture (those arrows are located in front of the tourist office in Apia) prooves you how isolated they are here....!!!

In case you can't read it correctly...it shows London 17094 km, Berlin 19921 km, Tokyo 8335 km, Sydney 4396 km, New York 12259 km....etc...
