Couldn't possibly say everything about this beautiful, rich, diverse, tolerant, progressive, lively and sometimes hectic and strange Baghdad By The Bay. It's really a state of mind more than a city. No words can substitute the years of living here. But let me just say that I am the person today that was formed as a result of being from a truly special corner of this wonderful planet we call "home". Nowhere else have I discovered such diversity, wealth, a passion for the "good" life (which, of course, is defined only by YOU, the individual), and at the same time just happens to be situated along a deep blue, cold and fierceful ocean hugged by beautiful cliffs, hills, mountains, forests, a bay, grasslands, wetlands, rocks, sand, 2000-year-old trees which compete with man-made skyscrapers for respect, and a relatively known piece of grandeur metal we call the Golden Gate Bridge. And just down the road lies a special piece of technological wonder called Silicon Valley, which adds that touch of technological wonder which makes ALL Americans proud to be part of!....I travel extensively all over the world, and have fond memories of places and people in many countries, yet.....this small parcel of paradise, along with its problems such as the high cost of living, is truly deserving of its reputation.......I wouldn't live anywhere else on earth!
