The Great Wall in Mutianyu - Badalingzhen

As there is No Mutianyu - destination in the VT-list, I am going to build it here.

Former writing to the VT-feedback had no sence, . . . . .Even the smallest spot in America is listed, but this touristic spot isn't . . . .

Near Beijing there are several spots where you can visit the great Wall.

The most popular is Badaling, other spots are Mutianyu and Simatai.

We visited the Great wall In Mutianyu. It was very hot to climb the steps, but well worth the effort.

Are you ready to virtually climb towards the famous Great Wall?

Mutianyu is about 90 km from Beijing (1h30 by bus). My guide book said that this Great Wall part is less visited then... more travel advice

Great, great, Great Wall and huge! However I've heard that it isn't seen from the Moon. Wow, you made me smile looking at a camel wearing hat as protection against hot sun :-)
