Future pages USA 2007 trip - Day 2

Day 1, I landed in Denver, and then with my rental car I did ride to Cheyenne, where I camped at the local KOA campground.

Day 2, from Cheyenne towards Rock Springs

I stayed in Rock Springs to visit the Flaming Gorge Recreation area.

So I did not really visit the city of Rock Springs itself, also my guidebook told me that it was pretty dangerous to walk around in Rock Springs in the wrong streets on your own. And as I had nothing to search over there . . .

I stayed at the KOA (Kamping of America) campground.

Very interesting beginning of your American trip. I'm glad you came. But I can't imagine why your guidebook would say the streets of Rock Springs might be unsafe. There's no safer place on earth than virtually any small town in America.
