Welcome in Antwerpen

Antwerpen is Rubens, Van Dijck, Jordaens, Bruegel, Plantijn, but also 1000 years old architecture, 5 centuries of music and art handicrafts

And also for the tourist who loves good food and drinks this is the place to be. Antwerpen is still a little bit of Breugel, a bit of Burgundy. Eating and drinking is a festivity, as a kind of a ritual, An art of living. Festivity is also a culture. Here in Antwerpen you can do this in every colour of the rainbow, in between all favours of worlds finest cuisine's.

Antwerpen is a mixture of culture.

The inhabitants of Antwerpen are hospitable and tolerant, that's why when you visit Antwerpen as a "tourist", you'll feel at home in no time, the reason for this you can find in the past. Since ages merchants from all over the world come to Antwerpen and this has made a real Metropolis of this city.

Just as a bright diamond this Metropolis sparkles in many ways.

The old city centre can be visited easily on foot, all mayor monuments are within walking distance.

I just love coming to Antwerpen, it is not so far about 1 hour drive by car.
I just love the atmosphere in Antwerpen, when you go out, you just feel it : Antwerpen Lives.

For me Antwerpen is also my favourite theater city, I visit the Fakkel in the Hoogstraat often.
