  Es gibt ihn also noch, den goldenen Hofzug vom verrückten Ludwig, alleine dafür lohnt es sich schon wieder mal in Nürnberg Zwischenhalt zu machen !

  Great page abaut the great city! Irina and I have already turned the ring in the fence of Schöner Brunnen two times (in 2005 and 2010). Hope to turn it this September for the third time, haha! Planning to rebuild a page of my own about Nurnberg soon...

  Nice tips! I also am very fond of the Dürerhaus, Fembohaus and the Transportation Museum. And the opera house, of course. I never knew that King Ludwig II liked to travel incognito on ordinary trains sometimes, when he wasn't using his royal gilded train.

  King Ludwig had a charming kind of "madness" and he had left us the most beautiful palaces and even this wonderful train ! ;-)
