Warnings Or Dangers: Blue Zones in the Centre of Prague !

This tourist parked his car in the Blue Zone close to Charles-bridge on a sunday morning and was blocked by the police.
As you may see on my pic-combination, this Blue-Zone is at ALL TIMES reserved for people living in the 2nd district .
In other countries these Blue Zones are often not valid on the weekend ...
Another strange thing was to me, that the right tyre was blocked, and just a small paper added on the window of the driver.
In Prague you better have to read carefully all the text on the signs, and try to understand...
