RIBE is Denmark's oldest town.
I came first here with my parents - in 1964 and never forgot this lovely place - I remembered especially the plenty of storch's nests on top of the old houses.
unfortunately on my last visit 2001, I did not see any storch at all - the people said, storchs became rare recently... |

Ribe is a beautiful little town. It must have been very nice to be able to enjoy those quaint streets without cars! The old prison hotel is very interesting, with great architecture too! |
