I stayed in hotel 'Il Castello' - a rather simple hotel, that I found in the internet and made a reservation long in advance.
The single-room with washbasin was 31,- Euro per night and the bed I had the first night was terrible. The bed-structure was maybe OK for children, but certainly not for me, and I slept like in a hammock and found almost no sleep.
But the nice lady at the reception gave me another room the other day, and it was very good.
The hotel is in walking distance from the train-station (15 minutes), quiet at night, there was always hot water in the (public) shower.
Unique Qualities: Breakfast was not included. And for 3,-Euro you could get a cup of Nescafe, a small glass of Orange-juice, 1 croissant, Butter and jam, and a cup of Cornflakes.
I took the breakfast only the first day and had something in a Bar instead the other days....
