I made this page mainly for all tourists, who want to get a first overview of the European Continent.

All pictures on my pages are my OWN - and especially for this Europe-page I made several new Photo-combinations of my own pics for a better understanding of a tip or location

I also included TURKEY - as it is partly in Europe and even the Asian part of it is so close - and certainly belongs rather to Europe than to the Middle East ( like listed on VT )

I made lots of pages about small places of interest....

...on my pic from the top : Bad Muskau - Friedrichstadt - Mykonos - Fili - Healy Pass - Plitwize - Vienna - Hallstatt....

...like Hallstatt / Austria, where dead bodies will be un-buried after some years in the cemetary...

...and the head-bones will be decorated and will get the name of the person on it...
and finally will be placed inside a "bone-house"

So you better watch your bones...

Excellent tour through Europe, Michael :-) Especially Norway and Russia are countries I'd like to visit one day. And Denmark, where I will have milk and Buttermilch all the time :-) Your off-path tips give me countless of new ideas for my own travels, especially in your homecountry :-) Haha, laughed so much about the funny tombstone signs. Oh and thanks for your recommendation of Malerwinkel. Kate and I had a fantastic quiet stay there :-) Oh and I also laughed about the funny no-high-heels sign in Switzerland. Never saw that before, but a great idea!
