Favorite thing: You can walk along the shore in a sunny day and it's amazing to look its calm waters and the mountains all around. You can sit on a parkbench and relax in the springtime sun, smelling the sweet scent of flowers. You can sunbath and swim in the summer. Believe me, it's an experience for your body and your soul.

Favorite thing: Thanks to its position, protected by the Alps, Lake Maggiore has a good climate. So here can grow many varieties of plants and flowers. That's why Lake Maggiore is called also the Garden of Europe. Therefore there are many villas with beautiful parks. The best time to visit it is in springtime, when the acidophilus plants flower: azaleas, rhododendrons, gardenias, hydrangeas, camellias etc..., the typical species of the area. Only here these flowers have the DOC mark.

Fondest memory: I love flowers and I try to grow orchids, hibiscus, roses, camellias...I've just some small balcony, but when I sit down looking at the lake's landscape among my plants, it seems to me being in a beautiful garden!!
