Do the Mdina walk

Mdina is made for walking, not driving. The entire town only counts some 900 inhabitants. The main attractions are the narrow streets and after less than an hour you feel you've seen it all, unless you want to understand more of its history. In that case, the old buildings all tell their own stories.

We needed about 1,5 hour to see the most important places, but this can easily be extended when you want to sit down at some place for a cool drink or lunch in some restaurant, tucked away in its bastions and palace courtyards.
