Tsitsikamma Nasionale Park Travel Guide: 79 reviews and 196 photos

Tsitsikamma National Park is a must see attraction when you're cruising the Garden Route between Port Elizabeth and Mossel Bay. We stayed here just for one night, but there's more to see, and if you're a serious hiker, the 5-day Otter Trail awaits you!

The park consists of a stretch of coast with dramatic rocky landscapes and ancient hardwood forests of 68km and there are just two access points to the sea: De Vasselot (Nature's Valley) in the west and Storms River Mouth in the east.

The main activity in both sections of the park is walking.

Mooi! Die hangbrug lijkt me wel spectaculair. Gaan we zeker doen.

Indeed with the wind and the rain we did see where the name Storm River comes from, but I preferred to have the weather that you had. Prachtige foto's, ze brengen bij mij weer goede herinneringen terug.

Great pics in the travelogue and a nice story about the restuarant. A really spectactular piece of coastline. I was there in March so it was quite hot but very cloudy, almost raining so the humidity was really oppresive. Walking around was very tiring
