Enjoyed It, Despite Rain and 'Flu | There's more room on the boats in bad weather! |
I'd wanted to visit Copenhagen for a long time and finally managed to put an affordable deal together. As it was summer, I'd hoped for good weather but it POURED with rain for the first half of my stay. Then... I went down with a nasty dose of 'flu but armed with an umbrella, paracetamol and tissues, I still managed to see a lot and thought it was a marvellous city.
There's something for everyone in Copenhagen... a diverse range interesting sights, wonderful stylish shops, good cafes and restaurants and always the pleasure of getting around on the canal boats. Everything is very efficient and the people, friendly and helpful.
I didn't manage to do everything justice during my short stay but hope to return and see more soon. |

Very good information! I have to remember the hotel. So far I've only been to Copenhagen for a short time, but I plan to go there again and stay longer. |
