Everyone has heard of the Grand Canyon, everyone has seen the Grand Canyon in movies, on tv, in books or magazines. All these images can not spoil your first encounter with the canyon. You are driving over more or less flat terrain with small pine trees, you enter the park, no difference yet, you start to wonder 'where is this canyon?'

And then it opens up in front of you.

A mile deep, many miles wide, colourful, endless, grand!
