"Tyin - my personal sanctuary" Tyin by OleBrum

Tyin is a lake located in Vang in Oppland county bordering Sogn & Fjordane county by National road #53 (Rv53). It is located right by a growing wintersport arena. the area is also beautiful in summer, even better actually. In summer you can walk from cabin to cabin for days on end. The lake is 1100 meters(3600 ft) above sea level and above the tree line, so all the mountains are just covered by moss, bushes and other growths.

The lake itself is part of a dam creating a water basin for the Hydro Aluminum powerplant.
