Baltimore is where I have spent the largest percentage of my life. I love it!!!!

This city is a wonderful contrast to it's southern neighbor. While some would call the Washington DC/North Virginia area a bit pretentious, Baltimore has a more "Blue Collar" atmosphere like Philadelphia or Boston, this is more appealling to me.

But keep that to yourself, we want to keep it a bit of a secret......

The Inner Harbor has been extensively revitalized since the early 1980's, and is a great destination on a sunny day.

You can walk around harborplace, the science center, the aquarium, and many other locations.

    What are "artists" but ordinary citizens who express themselves in many creative ways? At any rate, I was in awe of the "self-taught" artists' work and the experience and certainly look forward to visiting again.

    I am visiting Baltimore MD. from Nov 10-25. I want some great crab cakes and local food, bars & of course the usual tourist stuff. What is your suggestion to weed through all the info on the net?

    Loved the pictures of the zoo and Druid Hill park from the air- But did you know that in the Baltimore zoo category, Baltimore is spelled Balitmore?

    I thought those little mini-pumpkins they sell at farmers market would be perfect...but not sure how to pull it off. Also, a bit afraid of more VAs than attendees.....
