I hopped off the "Rossiya Express" train in Irkutsk, and spent a few days exploring.
<br>My intitial draw to the area was Lake Baikal, but I found Irkutsk to be a beautiful town, with a mix of Mongolian and Russian culture.

I grew up in the sister city of Irkutsk - Eugene, Oregon and was curiuos. The lake sounds amazing. Happy trails!
