Often people will ask me where my favorite place on earth is. While I tell them that there are too many places to choose only one, Iceland is always in the back of my mind as a possible answer.....

Iceland is one of the most beautiful places on earth. This photo was taken near one of the many geothermal springs back in the 80's.

I'm still searching for photos of my three-day drive around the island.....

Pros and Cons

Pros:Not as cold as you'd think.
Cons:Long winter nights.....
