While living in Japan, I got a part-time job working as a Sushi Chef apprentice. It was an honor to do it, of course I didn`t get paid!!! I learned a wonderful skill, and continue to enjoy Sushi at home and at restaurants very often. Please learn how to use `O hashi` (chopsticks). Once you learn, it`s as easy as using your fingers....
