My husband and I rented a car and drove across Switzerland...staying in Bed & Breakfast accomodations, which were unfailingly good. The food was excellent everywhere. The scenery unforgettable. You would find it hard to miss in Switzerland. From the highest mountains to the lakes at the Italian border...it is an absolutely beautiful country.

I know that it is sometimes difficult to identify the location where a given picture was shot, especially when "driving across"! You are right, Switzerland has some awsome vineyards and that give yummy wines!

Thanks for the nice tour of Switzerland - and yes, some of the farms are reminescent of those in eastern Pennsylvania. The the Amish of Lancaster County originated in Switzerland after all.
