Our family has travelled as much as possible over the years. As my kids were growing up, we made annual journeys...and it was one of the best things we ever did for them. It has helped all of us to be more adventurous, tolerant, diverse, interesting, and fun. Surely all of you share those same feelings about your travels...

|  | Decided to part with the scooter Thought the scooter was going to be the answer for me. Scooting around town looking very European.... sigh...I just haven't used it. It does save gas (about 75 Mi.Per gallon) It has only 44 original miles on it. Handy storage in rear box...plenty of room for bread, wine, cheese, and other essentials.
I'm on a new kick now....thinking about buying a fully restored 1969 Volkswagen Beetle --- with fabulous big white wall tires!! I told Francesca she will have to find me a wonderful hat in a French antique shop so we can travel about the town in my bug (if I buy it) and we would look terribly chic !! :-) |

Our cottage rental ~ short term The cottage is at the back of our property and we do short term rental here. We've renovated the whole thing, raised the ceilings to the rafters, refinished, painted, restored, and redecorated. It is so cute now!
