State of Queensland Travel Guide: 8,447 reviews and 18,240 photos

I spent a semester of college studying on the Gold Coast in '94 and then traveled throughout Queensland for about 5 weeks in late '98/early '99. It will take a long time before I get everything posted on this state that I want to show you so please be patient. Travelogues which I still plan to include: Lumholtz National Park, and Blackdown Tablelands National Park. Feel free to write me with questions about any of these places and I'll do my best to answer them.

Pros and Cons

Pros:Reef, rainforest, exceptional beaches and islands, wildlife - Nature at its best
Cons:Summer's are very hot and very wet; box jellyfish abundant along the beaches.
In a nutshell:Nature/adventure lover's paradise
