"Escape to Italia" Italy by chagi1

I needed some time away from school, and my boyfriend really wanted a good memorable vacation.. so we decided Italy would be our destination! From Debrecen Hungary it took about 12 hours to drive to Desenzano Del Garda where we booked a hotel. The scenery along the way was breath taking and rejuvinating!!!! The clear air of the Northern mountainous area was a refreshing experience compared to the city life... the whole experience from start to finish was simply amazing!!!

Up in the clouds

The trip started from Debrecen and we made our way through Budapest into Austria and finally Italy!!!! We only had 3 nights to stay in Italy so we had to narrow our sight seeing to accomodate the short visit. We decided to stay in the Northern region of Italy and we chose to visit Venice, Milan and Desenzano, the beautiful little city right on Del Garda Lake!

We were able to visit all that we had planned and at the same time we both were relaxed and rejuvinated by the time we had to return. Sadly we both left beautiful Northern Italy promising that one day soon we would return and continue where we left off!!!
