    • Favorite Thing: This is the place that started the change in Byron Bay. Bought by Paul Hogan (aka Crocodile Dundee) about 20 years ago,he transformed the place into more modern premises. He had started buying property together with his mate John Cornell (aka "Strop" to all us Aussies), all around Byron, and suddenly the place became popular overnight!
    The Pub is therefore a real Byron Icon and even an Australian Icon in my view. It has quite an open view and is a lovely spot to sit and pass the day whilst having a beer.
    Located right at the end of the main street-Johnson St, opposite the beach, everyone who visits Byron comes here at least once!
