 Yes, I'm always amazed when I come across people hiking without proper shoes and without any water. Besides that, though, it looks like a lovely place for hiking. And swimming in the Waringa Pool.

 What cool waterfalls ... I'll be exploring Namibia and South Africa next year... Springbok & Stellenbosh are on the list :) AND Namaqualand for the daisies too :)
