Chicago is a wonderful, exciting city, with many things to do and see. And a wonderful variety of great restaurants and food. Some of the tallest buildings in the world in a magnificent skyline. And a great waterfront, located on Lake Michigan, one of the Great Lakes. Although anytime of year is good, my favorite is Fourth of July weekend, during the Taste of Chicago festival. Summer is ideal, as you can spend more time outside and on the waterfront to fully enjoy this great city.
