Taipei is just amazing! So much stuff to experience!
I just returned from a three week trip there, my first overseas trip and it was wonderful!
From the fantastic museums and monuments, to the ultra cosmopolitan shopping malls, and the down home funkiness of the neighborhoods and outdoor traditional markets, Taipei has it all! |
|  | shopping district! you can take the MRT, get off at most any station and just walk down the street and see this action!
people, shopping, and food everywhere!
This is just outside the Taipei MRT Main Station, looking down Guanqian Road! |
| | MRT Taipei has great transportation!
The MRT will take you around greater Taipei, it's very convenient!
The many city buses cover Taipei and also connect to MRT stations!
And, at the Taipei MRT Main Station, you can connect with the Taiwan Railway main station which will take you around the island of Taiwan! |
