Canterbury! What can I say? It's a lovely little town located in southeast England in the county of Kent. This part of England is just gorgeous! I love the country side and the towns are so quaint. Canterbury itself, has been the destination for tourists and pilgrims for hundreds of years. Thomas Becket was killed in the Cathedral, and pilgrims came from all over to visit his burial place and the site where he was killed. The town has such a rich history that goes beyond the story of Thomas Becket. |
