Trails: Well, everybody see the canyon...
  • Tip Rating:
  • Favorite Thing: Well, everybody see the canyon stunned in depth but in the South Rim you can do more things!!!! First of all, hiking: Rim Trail is the most crowded and easy day hike, don't hesitate. If you want go down the canyon, take Bright Angel Trail... If you're a beginner Indian Gardens Trail is your goal, remember: a canyon is opposite than a mountain! First of all: down and easy, but keep in mind, after: up and tired!
Enjoy the beautiful views and nature. Is worthwhile!

Fondest Memory: When I'm away from the Grand Canyon I miss the beautiful and big stars in the immense sky.

Flora / Fauna: One of the most strange thing...
  • Tip Rating:
  • Favorite Thing: One of the most strange thing that I saw was condors in the Grand Canyon next to the Rim at the 'people's level'. I was in Grand Canyon three months and I only saw them once time! So...maybe if you're a lucky person you'll see it!

Fondest Memory: It's incredible see this HUGE birds in front of you so bigs and strange.... I would like to be a condor only to see the wonderful panoramic view of the Grand Canyon National Park.

El Tovar and Phantom Ranch are categories under Grand Canyon National Park - Hotels & Accommodations and there aren't very many tips in that location.
