| Tara on the Freedom Trail! |
Eating my way through Boston's North End! My first trip to Boston was a very short stopover in 1999, so this year I decided to do it right. Along with my family, I spent about three full days in Boston, devouring the flavors of the Italian North End (and several pounds of ricotta chese, I'm sure!), and touring a city full of American history. I was also there for the 4th of July celebration, which has to be the best in the nation! Please check my tips for all the details. Note: this is just in progress and will take a while to complete, so check back in a bit for more! |

| Pros: | "The North End is culinary heaven, and the history can't be beat!" | | Cons: | "What's with the insane drivers? They're vicious!" | | In A Nutshell: | "A great place to discover American roots and gain several pounds! :)" |
