Flemington is the county seat of Hunterdon County. Approximatel 65% of the town is on either the State or National Register of Historic Places. There are all kinds of outlet stores located in and around town. Flemington was the site of the famous 'Crime of the Century' trial during the 1930's. The Lindberg baby kidnapping and murder trial.
