Miami-vice : Sin City here I come ;-)

Incorporated in 1896, 105 year old Miami is part of the nation?s eleventh largest metropolitan area. According to the U.S. Census Bureau, Miami?s population in 1900 was 1,700 people. Today it is a city rich in cultural and ethnic diversity with 362,470 residents, 60% of them foreign born. In physical size the City is not large, encompassing only 34 square miles. In population, Miami is the largest of the 30 municipalities that make up Miami-Dade County.

La bomba : Put your hands up in the air ...

For late-night fun, the action's on South Beach. Mango's Tropical Café on Ocean Drive is Miami's hottest dance club with the sultry sounds of Reggae, Latin, and Caribbean music.

Also check out the clubbing scene a couple of blocks away at the Clevelander Hotel.

Living in style ? Try the Biltmore at Coral Gables

The exquisite craftsmanship and detail found throughout The Biltmore is reminiscent of an Old World European luxury hotel.

THE EVERGLADES OR "AL CAPONE SUITE" (right): The "Campanile Tower," as the hotel's majestic Giralda tower was called in the thirties, is the most prestigious part of the hotel. The Biltmore's Giralda tower is a replica of the Giralda Tower in the Cathedral of Seville, Spain. The Royal Penthouse suite, now known as the Everglades Suite or "Al Capone Suite," was reserved for first-class dignitaries because of its view and luxurious accommodations.

Celebrities such as President Calvin Coolidge, Eddie Rickenbacker, Douglas Fairbanks, Cornelius Vanderbilt, Jr., the Duke and Duchess of Windsor and, of course, the famous Al Capone all stayed in this magnificent room. Today, the suite continues to play home to world famous, visitors like former President Bill Clinton; former President Carlos Menem of Argentina; Robert Redford; Lauren Bacall; Gloria Vanderbilt, and former First Lady Barbara Bush.
